Although this is not finalised it is proposed that they will assist with supporting Scout Groups in compiling their accounts and assisting with the collection and reporting of Scout Group Accounts to Scouting Ireland. They will also be reporting directly on the books and records held by the Scout County directly to the National Treasurerfor inclusion in the overall accounts for Scouting Ireland. They will be responsible for ensuring that the Scout County complies with its financial obligations under Rule 172.
